WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?
You should bring with you a bottle of water to keep you hydrated during class, and wear suitable clothing. I have mats, blocks and straps for your convenience but please feel free to bring your own (and a pillow/blanket if you would like to for our final relaxation time).
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class, ready to begin on time. Please note that if you arrive late for your class you may find the door is locked for safety reasons.
HOW DO I KNOW IF A CLASS IS SUITABLE FOR ME?
All levels and abilities are catered for, and all the classes are welcoming to everyone, however if you are brand new to yoga, our classes marked as gentle or beginners level will probably be the best place to start! If you have questions about a specific class, please contact me. I also hold absolute beginners workshops on a frequent basis.
DO I NEED TO BOOK?
Workshops and special events do need to be booked in advance. It is recommended that you also book classes in advance to ensure a space in the preferred class. Please email for details on how to book. To book online, simply choose your class from our booking schedule, and follow the steps as prompted (N.B. The new booking system for regular classes is not available until January 2020).
DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO BOOK ONLINE?
The booking system uses Paypal to process your payments, but you do not need a Paypal account to make the payment. You can simply enter your card details to complete the process. PayPal is an online payment service that allows individuals and businesses to transfer online funds electronically in a convenient and safe way. It is optional if you want to create a Paypal account for future payments.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY CLASSES ON ARRIVAL?
I accept cash for drop in classes but please contact me first to ensure that the class is running and that there are spaces available. All drop in classes are £7 each. Please ask about class passes - £35 for 6 classes, valid for 8 weeks in case you can't make 6 consecutive weeks.
